Enjoy the island on the western-most point
Yonaguni is the western most island of Japan. On a clear day, a shadow of Taiwan, which is located 100km away can be seen. It is also big game fishing for marilin and tuna that migrate on the Kuroshio current which passes inshore of the island. The island's awamori(Sake) called "Hanazake" contains 60% alcohol. In recent years, some artificial looking structures were found at the bottom of the southern sea and has been gathering public attention if it is true to legend.
