The only distillery in Okinawa Prefecture that create its unique earthenware jars

Paying great attention to the old liquor culture pertaining only to <I>Awamori</I>, Chuko Distillery is Okinawa's sole successful maker of its own unique homemade Awamori jars for aged liquor storing. These aged Awamori jars were created after ten years of research and training, with the distillery president working himself on the potter's wheel, splendidly harmonizing the nurturing of aged liquor through earthenware jars. Other awamori brands to be found in bottle are the nicely flavored “Chuko” and the smooth “Jinpu.”
