Known for its stunningly beautiful blue water, the Blue Cave, a sea cave located at Maeda Point, is a beginner-friendly diving/snorkeling site. The sunlight reflected on the bottom of the ocean reaches to the cave and it magically illuminates water inside.

A steep limestone cliff, Maeda Point is one of the best diving spot on Okinawa Main Island and it is a mecca of diving, snorkeling, fishing and many marine activities. At the point, there is an observatory where you can see a panoramic view of the East China Sea.

A rebuilt rural village of the Ryukyu Kingdom era, Ryukyu Mura is a theme park, which features local history and culture. A parade Michijune takes place twice a day to introduce visitors many kinds of Okinawan performing arts such as Eisa dance and Shishimai, lion dance. At the park, you can take various workshops of Bingata, a traditional dyed cloth, and Sanshin, a folk music instrument, and more. The park was listed as Japanese national registered tangible cultural property in 2007.
